What is it?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a very gentle version of hypnosis created and pioneered by Dolores Cannon. It allows the client to experience any or all of the following: past lives, future lives, animal lives, off-world existences, and direct connections with your higher self and your spiritual teams to get questions answered and facilitate healing in the body. These are just a few examples of where we can journey during the session, but each session is so unique based on the individual and the intent for the session. QHHT is available for those above the age of 18 and those without a history of schizophrenia or multiple personality disorder.
What to Expect
We will start the session getting to know each other as you share a little of your "life story" and your reasons for wanting the QHHT session. At the end of the chat we will go through the questions that you have brought and any physical symptoms that you may have. I like to give us as much time as possible to get to know each other, so this part of the session will vary in the length of time we spend together. Then we will move into the recorded portion of the session in which you can get comfortable and lie down on a massage table. The session is recorded so that you can listen to the session afterwards. There is incredible healing when you listen back to your session. Five to seven years ago, it was normal to not remember what you are saying during the session, but there has been a shift. Many people remember and have awareness during their session now. This part of the session typically goes anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. You will be gently counted out at the end of the session and we will recap the session when you wake up. After our recap, you will be reminded to eat something when you get home to ground yourself.
How to Prepare
1. If you can clear your day for the session, it gives us as much time as we need for the session without thinking about time constraints.
2. Write a list of questions you would like to ask your higher self.
Example: What is my sole purpose in life?
If you prefer to type your questions, please print them out so we have a physical copy to use for the session.
3. Write a list of any physical symptoms that you may be experiencing (if any) that you would like a greater understanding of or healing for. You may also include medications that you take if you would like guidance or healing from that perspective too.
4. Abstain from mind-altering substances the night before and the day of your session. Limit your use of caffeine the day of the session. Eat a light meal before you come in for the session since the session can be 4+ hours long.
